The premise

Distance is a decision your body has to agree with. Water alone dilutes what's already there. Meanwhile the day draws down sodium, potassium and magnesium — through sweat, through heat, through hours — and the fastest way to feel it is to ignore it.

SAYFURTHER puts the minerals back in the water, in ratios that respect how sweat actually works. We sell salt, minerals and good ratios — not miracles — and we'd rather say so out loud than dress it up.†

Five flavors

One formula, five ways to finish the glass.

Five SAYFURTHER electrolyte sticks standing upright in a row
  • Raw

Nothing but the minerals. For purists and coffee-adjacent uses.

  • Lemon Salt

Bright, saline, gone in one glass.

  • Wild Berry

    Dark fruit, no candy.

  • Watermelon

    Summer, subtracted of sugar.

  • Ginger Lime

A little heat, a lot of lift.

The biology

Three mechanisms, stated at ingredient level.

  1. 01

    Water follows sodium

Sodium is the principal electrolyte outside your cells. Where it goes, water follows.

  2. 02

    The pump in every cell

The sodium-potassium pump trades sodium out for potassium in, thousands of times a second.

  3. 03

    Magnesium, the quiet cofactor

Magnesium participates in hundreds of enzyme systems. We include 60 mg as malate.†

Questions

The three we get most.

  • What's actually in it?

Per stick: 500 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium as potassium citrate, 60 mg magnesium as magnesium malate. Citric acid, natural flavors and a little stevia leaf extract for the flavored versions. Raw has none of that — just the minerals. No sugar, no artificial colors.

  • Why so much sodium?

Because sodium is the electrolyte you lose most of in sweat, and most drink mixes are shy about it. 500 mg is a deliberate ratio decision, not a marketing number. It is also why the transparency block below matters: high sodium is not right for everyone.

  • Is it safe for everyone?

No supplement is. If you're on a sodium-restricted diet, or managing a kidney or heart condition, talk to your doctor before adding an electrolyte supplement — this product is deliberately high in sodium. Not formulated for children. Pregnant or nursing? Ask a qualified professional first.†
